Shipshewana, Indiana for the Shipshewana Quilt Fest! We stayed at the Shipshewana North Park Campground which is right on the end of town. It is not really the kind of campground we usually frequent but it is close to where we need to be. It is a full hookup facility, not too expensive and is shaded pretty well. We unhooked the camper so we could drive the truck everywhere we needed to be. It was nice sitting outside our first night. It rained most of the day on our second and final day there.
I flew from Texas at the end of my Girl’s Trip to Denver to meet Scott. He drove out to Colorado with Madison and we spent a week exploring. We had an incredible time and I can’t wait to go back. From Rocky Mountain National Park to Grand Lake to Black Hawk. SOOOO much fun and beautiful scenery. We even woke up to a blanket of snow in Rocky Mountain National Park. The elk were everywhere you turned and we just couldn’t get enough of it.
